Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time salaried Director of AI and Machine Learning will oversee complex data science projects, define strategic AI/ML roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business value and predictive products in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Build, lead, and inspire a world-class team of data scientists while providing mentorship and technical guidance
• Define and execute the data science roadmap, aligning initiatives with business goals and product development
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of data science projects, ensuring models are scalable and integrated into production systems

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in data science, with at least 3+ years in people management
• Proficiency in statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and programming languages like Python
• Strong understanding of cloud data architectures, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its tools
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders
