Director of AI Architecture

Job Summary

Driving enterprise-wide AI transformation, the full-time remote Director of AI Architecture will define the AI roadmap, redesign workflows into AI-native processes, and build scalable AI systems while collaborating with cross-functional leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the company-wide AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business outcomes
• Partner with leaders to redesign processes into AI-native automated workflows
• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems, managing the full lifecycle from scoping to iteration

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferred
• 5+ years leading enterprise AI or digital transformation initiatives
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, data engineering, or AI/ML roles, with proficiency in Python and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade AI systems, including agentic workflows
• Deep expertise in LLM-based systems and strong foundation in data engineering and architecture
