Director of AI Automation

Job Summary

Leading the transformation of operational efficiency in a global channel ecosystem, the full-time remote Director of AI Automation will manage AI-driven automation initiatives to optimize channel processes, enhance partner experiences, and streamline revenue operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify and prioritize automation opportunities across various channel routes-to-market
• Lead the integration and implementation of AI-driven solutions for partner data management and reporting
• Partner with stakeholders to automate complex pricing, quoting, and contract workflows to improve data accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems/Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Operations; advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of experience in IT Business Operations, Sales/Channel Operations, or Enterprise Automation within a large-scale software or technology organization
• Deep understanding of the Software Channel Ecosystem and operational challenges in multi-tiered distribution models
• Proven success in leading large-scale process re-engineering projects in global environments
• Strong experience with Enterprise CRM/PRM systems and API integrations
