Job Summary

To support rapid growth in the Cloud SaaS sector, the full-time Director of AI Business Development will lead and mentor a high-performing sales team focused on outbound strategies and pipeline growth in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Leading and coaching a team of Account Executives (AEs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to drive pipeline growth
  • Developing and optimizing outbound sales strategies to enhance lead generation
  • Implementing and refining qualification frameworks to ensure high-quality leads
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in leading sales teams with a track record of exceeding pipeline goals
  • 5+ years of experience in sales/sales development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Expertise in opportunity assessment, value discovery, and outbound prospecting
  • Strong understanding of MEDDIC methodology and its application in pipeline qualification
  • Experience in Kubernetes, cloud sales, or DevOps is a strong plus
