• Experience with the Microsoft Partner ecosystem for co-selling and joint go-to-market efforts
• Proven ability to coach and develop diverse teams
• Strong understanding of cloud and data governance, architecture, and operations
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
