Director of AI Commerce Analytics

Job Summary

Driving the AI and data strategy for AI Commerce partnerships, the full-time Director of AI Commerce Analytics will develop architecture for AI-driven systems, provide thought leadership, and communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Set and evolve NIQ's AI and data strategy for AI Commerce partnerships and products
• Develop AI-driven systems architecture and establish governance standards for AI tooling
• Translate technical AI and data mechanics into actionable insights for senior stakeholders

Required qualifications

• At least 15 years of relevant experience in digital, technology, or AI, with expertise in e-commerce and applied AI architecture
• Proficient in current AI platforms, including multi-agent architecture and knowledge-base design
• Proven track record of creating and implementing methodologies where none exist
• Ability to anticipate and recommend new concepts or standards in technical disciplines
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and translating technical positioning into strategic decisions
