Director of AI Content Strategy

Job Summary

Driving innovation in AI-powered content strategies, the full-time remote Director of AI Content Strategy will lead the development and execution of scalable content ecosystems, ensuring measurable results for clients while managing multidisciplinary teams and client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for clients while driving content governance and lifecycle management
• Create and evolve information architecture, content models, and taxonomy structures to enhance content strategies
• Design conversation strategies for various AI platforms and build dialogue flows, ensuring quality and consistency across channels

Required qualifications

• 12+ years in content strategy, UX writing, or related roles within agency or consulting environments
• Proven experience in enterprise-scale content systems and governance
• Expertise in content governance, information architecture, and editorial strategy
• Strong understanding of AI and conversational design, including dialogue flow mapping and LLM behavior
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage large-scale client engagements
