Leading the integration of AI into drug development processes, the full-time salaried Director of AI Drug Development will bridge the gap between Drug Development, Research, and the AI Nexus team, translating strategic priorities into AI-enabled workflows and governance processes to enhance decision-making quality and speed.
Key responsibilities
- Translate strategic priorities and decision-making needs into scalable AI-enabled workflows and data requirements
- Drive AI Nexus adoption across Drug Development through change management and by building a network of champions
- Define and operationalize an AI-native Drug Development operating model, embedding decision support and governance integration
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in drug development, with a strong understanding of decision-making processes
- Expertise in translating complex business needs into AI-enabled solutions
