Director of AI-Enabled DevOps Transformation

Job Summary

Driving sales and growth across a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, the full-time remote Director of AI-Enabled DevOps Transformation will act as a trusted advisor to senior technology leaders, translating business goals into multi-year transformation roadmaps that encompass SDLC modernization, AI-enabled delivery, and DevOps architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Own executive relationships and serve as the single point of accountability for client outcomes and satisfaction
• Co-develop and execute account strategies that expand the company's footprint in SDLC tooling and cloud infrastructure
• Lead solutioning for complex pursuits, ensuring architectural integrity and delivery quality in partnership with engagement managers

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in consulting or enterprise technology roles, with at least 5 years in client-facing leadership
• Proven track record in modernizing software delivery lifecycles and embedding AI capabilities into enterprise practices
• Hands-on or architectural experience in CI/CD, GitOps, and container platforms
• Strong foundation in cloud and platform infrastructure, with active AWS certification or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
