Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of AI Readiness and Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI readiness initiatives ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Develop and implement change management strategies for AI technology adoption
• Measure and analyze metrics to evaluate AI initiative effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years in Information Technology with progressive leadership responsibilities
• High level understanding of IT components such as Product Management and Technical Architecture
• 3+ years of budgetary responsibility preferred
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across organizations to optimize outcomes
