Key Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on engineering execution, guiding teams in model development and deployment

Required Qualifications

• Proven success in designing and maintaining AI or GenAI systems in production environments
• 10+ years of experience leading AI engineering teams in high-scale environments
• Deep expertise in modern AI infrastructure and enterprise-grade system design
• Ability to engage with senior executives and translate strategic objectives into technical plans
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred)
