Director of AI Enablement

Job Summary

Leading the AI transformation efforts, the full-time remote Director of AI Enablement will manage the internal AI roadmap, oversee a dedicated AI team, and drive cross-functional coordination to ensure effective AI adoption and governance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the internal AI transformation roadmap, translating company strategy into a prioritized execution plan
• Lead and grow the AI Enablement team, balancing strategic direction with hands-on involvement in tooling and architecture decisions
• Build and manage the AI Center of Excellence to oversee AI prioritization, adoption, and accountability across the organization

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SaaS, enterprise software, technology enablement, or transformation roles
• 3 to 5+ years leading AI adoption initiatives or enterprise change management efforts
• Hands-on experience with AI and GenAI platforms, along with a working understanding of LLMs and APIs
• Proven ability to lead organizational change and drive adoption across cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to clarify complex technical concepts
