Director of AI Enablement

Job Summary

Leading the company's transition to AI-powered operations, the full-time remote Director of AI Enablement will shape AI tooling strategy, establish governance standards, and empower business teams to adopt AI solutions effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the strategy for AI tooling and governance, co-chairing the AI Governance Committee to ensure responsible AI use
• Build and lead a community of business AI leaders, providing training and support to integrate AI into various operational functions
• Identify and deliver high-value automation opportunities, transforming manual workflows into AI-powered processes

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a senior or lead software engineer with a focus on AI and automation
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business benefits through automation and AI integrations
• Strong understanding of agentic AI systems and their integration with enterprise data and systems
• Experience working directly with business teams, demonstrating fluency in both technical and business domains
• Ability to lead and train teams, fostering a culture of AI adoption and capability building across the organization
