Director of AI Enablement
Job Summary
Leading the adoption of AI-driven workflows, the remote full-time Director of AI Enablement will define and execute AI strategies, partner with cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities, and build a high-impact team focused on delivering measurable business outcomes through intelligent automation.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the organization's AI Enablement strategy aligned with business priorities
- Design and oversee the implementation of agentic workflows that automate tasks and improve efficiency
- Build and manage a pipeline of AI initiatives from ideation through production deployment
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technology, digital transformation, automation, or AI-related roles
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational change
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly LLMs, automation, and workflow orchestration
- Experience designing or implementing automation or AI-enabled business processes
- Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value
