Director of AI Enablement
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of user onboarding and training initiatives for the AI Agency Platform, the full-time Director of AI Enablement will enhance user proficiency and platform adoption while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the end-to-end user onboarding experience for internal and external users
- Create and facilitate engaging training sessions and materials to support user adoption of the AI Agency Platform
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure onboarding effectiveness and user proficiency
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in training, onboarding, or enablement programs for enterprise SaaS platforms
- Proven ability to lead training delivery for both internal and client audiences
- Strong understanding of generative AI concepts and instructional design best practices
- Experience using AI tools to enhance training material development and learning personalization
- Familiarity with learning analytics and user feedback to improve enablement effectiveness
