Director of AI Enablement
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of user onboarding and training initiatives, the full-time Director of AI Enablement will accelerate platform adoption and user proficiency for an AI Agency Platform, working remotely while developing training materials and measuring effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Design and manage the end-to-end user onboarding experience for internal and external users
- Develop and facilitate live and virtual training sessions, simplifying complex AI concepts
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure onboarding effectiveness and platform adoption
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in training or enablement programs for enterprise SaaS platforms
- Proven track record of delivering training to both internal and client audiences
- Strong understanding of generative AI concepts and AI-assisted workflows
- Experience using learning analytics to improve enablement effectiveness
- Knowledge of instructional design best practices and modern learning tools
