Director of AI Enablement
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of user onboarding and training initiatives, the full-time Director of AI Enablement will drive platform adoption and proficiency for an AI Agency Platform, ensuring measurable business value for internal and client users, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage the end-to-end user onboarding experience for internal and external users of the AI Agency Platform
- Design and facilitate live and virtual training sessions, creating comprehensive training materials to support blended delivery
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure onboarding effectiveness and platform adoption while identifying barriers and gaps in training
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in building training or enablement programs for enterprise SaaS platforms
- Proven track record in leading delivery of training and enablement for both internal and client audiences
- Strong understanding of generative AI concepts and instructional design best practices
- Experience using AI tools to enhance training material development and learning personalization
- Ability to tailor content for diverse audiences with varying experience levels in AI
