Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of user onboarding and training initiatives, the full-time Director of AI Enablement will enhance platform adoption and proficiency for the AI Agency Platform, ensuring measurable business value for users in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and manage the end-to-end user onboarding experience for internal and external users
- Develop and facilitate training sessions, simplifying complex AI concepts for diverse audiences
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure onboarding effectiveness and platform adoption
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in training, onboarding, or enablement programs for enterprise SaaS platforms
- Proven track record in delivering training and enablement for both internal and client audiences
