Job Summary
Leading critical client relationships, the full-time remote Director of AI Engagements will develop and execute strategies for AI deployment in the legal sector, while remaining hands-on in system configuration and integration.
Key responsibilities
- Own the strategy for client engagements, defining success metrics and prioritizing deliverables
- Serve as a trusted partner to legal executives, translating AI advancements into actionable plans
- Stay engaged with the work by configuring systems and validating outputs against real data
Required qualifications
- Proven experience managing end-to-end client engagements or programs with accountability for outcomes
- Strong understanding of legal operations or professional services with a track record of delivering change
- Deep familiarity with AI technologies and their practical applications in production environments
- Current certifications from model providers such as Anthropic Academy or OpenAI Academy
- Technical literacy to engage in discussions about system architecture and API documentation
