Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML roles, with at least 3 years in leadership positions
• Successful track record of shipping production-grade AI systems, preferably in healthcare
• Deep technical fluency in large language models and retrieval systems
• Experience building or managing AI teams from the ground up
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, including HIPAA regulations
