Key Responsibilities

• Leads and manages AI engineering teams delivering production AI systems for pharmacy operations and customer support
• Defines and executes AI strategy and roadmap aligned with healthcare, pharmacy, and customer experience business priorities
• Oversees design, deployment, and monitoring of AI/ML systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or related field; Master's degree or PhD preferred
• 10+ years of software, data, or AI engineering experience; 3+ years in a leadership role
• Experience deploying AI systems that support operational decision-making or customer interactions
• Knowledge of applied AI/ML systems, cloud-based AI platforms, and data privacy in regulated industries
• Ability to design scalable, reliable AI systems and translate pharmacy and customer experience problems into AI solutions
