Director of AI Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, AI Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise AI architecture strategy, establishing principles and best practices for AI/ML solutions
• Design secure, scalable AI solutions and manage the creation of reference architectures for AI-powered applications
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration and manage the architecture team for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field required
• 10+ years of experience in information technology, with at least 7 years in enterprise architecture or technical leadership roles
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture and healthcare technology, including knowledge of health data standards and regulatory compliance
• Proven experience in senior technical leadership roles, including managing architecture teams
• Strong background in information security architecture, including IAM solutions and API security
