Director of AI Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of AI & Data Engineering to build and lead the AI Platform for intelligent automation and AI-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the AI Platform, including shared data semantics and quality standards
• Design and deliver AI-ready data interfaces, APIs, and services for data consumption
• Establish guardrails for consistent, trusted, and well-governed data in AI systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM or business-related field or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of engineering leadership experience, including managing senior engineers
• Strong background in data-centric or platform engineering
• Experience with AI-enabled systems and automation platforms
• Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare or compliance-driven sectors
