Director of AI Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, AI Engineering and Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the AI Engineering & Automation capability within the Digital organization
• Identify opportunities to embed AI into various operational processes and systems
• Drive the adoption of AI-assisted development practices across engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, or AI systems
• Strong programming experience, preferably in Python
• Experience building production AI or ML systems
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
