Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end AI system layer, ensuring intelligence flows across the entire product
• Define how AI should work across the organization and drive adoption among teams
• Manage multiple teams and ensure alignment in developing intelligent systems

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading organizations through complexity and managing managers across multiple teams
• Deep understanding of product and systems thinking, with a focus on user workflows
• Proven experience in building or leading production LLM/agentic systems
• Ability to balance shipping, infrastructure, and technical debt effectively
• Experience in driving cross-organizational alignment in ambiguous environments
