Job Summary

Director of AI Engineering will lead a full-time team focused on innovation and strategic growth in AI technologies, enhancing fraud detection and decision automation while ensuring robust and scalable AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of communication and continuous learning

• Drive the design and implementation of AI solutions, ensuring model evaluation, governance, and monitoring for optimal performance

Required Qualifications

• 10-15 years of industry experience in software, machine learning, or data engineering
• Proven experience in building and leading engineering teams to deliver advanced AI solutions
• Hands-on experience with model fine-tuning, A/B testing, and drift detection methodologies
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in AI-driven decisioning environments
