Director of AI Engineering

Job Summary

Leading multiple engineering teams, the full-time salaried Director of AI Engineering will drive the organization's adoption of AI-augmented software delivery, shape engineering strategy, and ensure alignment across product, design, and engineering in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own technical delivery and operational excellence across major product domains, ensuring scalable execution
• Define and drive technical strategy in alignment with product roadmaps and long-term AI transformation goals
• Establish and scale engineering practices and standards, including machine-readable standards as code frameworks

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing multiple engineering teams through Engineering Managers
• 10+ years of professional engineering experience, including leadership in large-scale software delivery organizations
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-team engineering organizations and drive operational excellence
• Experience in AI-era workforce planning and organizational design for AI-augmented environments
• Strong capability in defining technology strategy aligned with product roadmaps and business priorities
