Director of AI Engineering
Job Summary
Leading a talented team, the full-time salaried Director of AI Engineering will oversee the design and deployment of AI-powered products, manage high-level technical decisions, and drive innovation in AI systems while working remotely or from various US locations.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver transformative AI products for associates and customers
- Oversee the development and support of AI software components, including model training and governance
- Make strategic build-vs-buy decisions regarding AI technologies and introduce optimization techniques for performance enhancement
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or AI with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with at least 6 years of experience
