Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of AI solutions across the provider network, identifying high-impact use cases
• Drive applied research to develop reusable components and frameworks tailored to healthcare payments
• Own end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives from concept through production in a fast-moving environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's in a quantitative field; Master's or PhD preferred
• 10+ years in Data Science / AI, with 5+ years in R&D or advanced analytics
• Experience building AI products or platforms in ambiguous environments
• Deep expertise in modeling, algorithms, and statistical methods
• Experience operationalizing AI systems at scale
