Director of AI Governance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of AI Governance, Automation & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and operate a centralized AI agent registry and enforce identity governance
• Own the AI governance program, including policy frameworks and risk assessments
• Architect and deploy AI-powered security automation and analytics pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in security, with 3+ years in leadership roles in AI/ML security or automation
• Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures and associated security challenges
• Hands-on experience with security automation programs and detection pipelines
• Working knowledge of AI governance frameworks and non-human identity governance
• Experience with cyber risk quantification and translating technical risks into business terms
