Director of AI Governance
Job Summary
Leading the technical direction for AI initiatives, the full-time remote Director of AI Governance will manage the Momentive Context Library, enforce standards for AI agents, and serve as a strategic partner for business units in developing AI solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Own and maintain the Momentive Context Library, ensuring accuracy and organization for AI agents
- Define technical review criteria and lead the approval process for AI agents submitted through the AI Operations Hub
- Provide technical consulting and deployment guidance to spoke teams for building AI solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing and building software or AI systems, including experience with large language models
- Expertise in AI agent architectures and orchestration frameworks
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI Service or Google Vertex AI
- Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and responsible AI principles
