Job Summary
Leading the vision and execution of innovative healthcare AI solutions, the full-time remote Director of AI Healthcare Products will define product strategy, conduct market research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiencies and clinician experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-enabled solutions aligned with business objectives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify unmet needs and new opportunities for product development
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- 7-10+ years of progressive experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role

- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Experience overseeing AI product portfolios and enterprise AI transformation initiatives
