A company is looking for a Director of AI Marketing Analytics to lead innovation in data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven marketing analytics solutions across the consumer credit lifecycle
• Build and iterate on agentic AI solutions, contributing to the development of intelligent agents for marketing decision-making
• Collaborate with partners across Marketing, Product, and Technology to align analytics initiatives with strategic business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in marketing analytics and modeling within consumer lending or financial services
• 8+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Advanced proficiency in Python, Spark, and modern AI agent frameworks
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or related field
• Hands-on expertise in building agentic AI systems applied to marketing analytics or consumer lending use cases
