Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive AI transformation strategy aligned with marketing objectives
• Drive change management initiatives and sustain AI adoption through training and enablement programs
• Design and implement AI governance frameworks to ensure brand consistency and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, strategy, or transformation
• Experience leading change management programs in large organizations (200+ marketing team preferred)
• Deep understanding of marketing workflows and the integration of AI technologies
• Proven track record of driving measurable behavior change and workflow adoption
• Experience in designing governance frameworks for new capabilities at scale
