Job Summary
Seeking a visionary leader, the full-time remote Director of AI Member Engagement will manage the strategy and execution of AI-powered member engagement platforms, enhancing communication and service delivery through innovative technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Define and lead the enterprise strategy for AI-powered virtual assistants across various interaction channels
- Own the product roadmap and delivery of AI assistant capabilities aligned with business and member needs
- Establish a scalable operating model for conversational AI, ensuring compliance and performance optimization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Design, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 8 years of experience leading customer service or digital product functions with a focus on advancing digital capabilities
- 3 years of experience in leading AI or conversational AI platforms
- Proven track record of driving enterprise adoption of digital capabilities with measurable outcomes
- Experience in healthcare payer operations or digital member service environments is strongly preferred
