Director of AI/ML Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of AI/ML Engineering, Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop novel machine learning models for health outcomes and engagement
• Execute the vision for engineering platforms and reusable code for AI/ML development
• Mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI applications

Required Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related field with 10+ years of experience, or PhD with 5+ years of experience
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML/NLP solutions delivery
• Experience leading AI/ML projects from ideation to production
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., MLFlow, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience developing and deploying data pipelines and machine learning models on cloud platforms
