Director of AI/ML Finance Technology

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, AI/ML, GenAI & Intelligent Automation - Finance Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the AI/ML/IPA Center of Excellence to define strategy and governance for intelligent automation
• Develop and execute a roadmap to embed AI, ML, and GenAI into Finance processes
• Design and operationalize AI/ML and automation solutions leveraging enterprise-grade platforms

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 15+ years of experience in AI/ML, Intelligent Automation, or Digital Transformation
• Proven success in establishing and leading an AI/Automation Center of Excellence
• Strong expertise across AI/ML and GenAI platforms in major cloud ecosystems
• In-depth understanding of Finance processes (R2R, O2C, P2P) and ERP platforms
