Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Director, AI/ML Solutions Engineering & Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize engineering standards for AI/ML applications and lead architecture reviews
• Partner with stakeholders to shape proposals and translate objectives into technical roadmaps, while scaling solutions into production
• Mentor engineers and develop internal resources to enhance engineering quality and compliance with enterprise standards

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience, including enterprise platforms and distributed systems
• 5+ years delivering AI/ML-enabled systems to production with a focus on reliability and security
• 10+ years leading large-scale initiatives in regulated environments
• 10+ years of experience with IT operations and cybersecurity standards
• 5+ years designing scalable AI solutions, including APIs and multi-tenant architectures
