Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of AI/ML Technology to lead and scale its AI/ML division.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML initiatives
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of AI/ML professionals
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI/ML model development and deployment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required
• Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of ten years of experience in software engineering, data science, or a related field
• At least five years of leadership experience managing engineering or data science teams
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments
