Job Summary
To support the AI Molecular Design initiative, the fully remote Director of AI Molecular Design will manage enterprise support, drive strategy execution, and ensure scalable R&D productivity through partnerships and alliances across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the AI Molecular Design enterprise strategy by translating long-term vision into a focused, value-driven portfolio
- Lead portfolio governance by overseeing prioritization, resourcing, and financial management of AI MD initiatives
- Act as an enterprise integrator to align use cases and success metrics across AI teams and external partners
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience in operational roles, supported by an advanced degree in a scientific or technical field
