Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of AI Engineering Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the AI program roadmap and lead the AI Operations Center of Excellence
• Develop and enforce the company's AI governance framework and ensure compliance with regulations
• Conduct assessments of existing SDLC processes and lead the transformation to an AI-native engineering model

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in technology, with 2+ years in AI operations or technical leadership roles
• Proven track record of scaling AI systems from prototype to production
• Strong knowledge of generative AI and experience with AI-based applications
• Experience in designing AI governance frameworks and responsible AI programs
• Ability to lead cross-functional programs and influence stakeholders effectively
