Job Summary

Driving the transformation of marketing operations, the full-time remote Director of AI Operations will manage the adoption of AI capabilities, oversee change management processes, and define the future of marketing roles and workflows while collaborating closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the future of marketing work, focusing on role evolution and skill shifts as AI becomes integral
• Own the operational layer of AI-powered marketing, ensuring workflow reliability and output quality across all systems
• Lead the rollout and adoption of AI-enabled workflows, managing change and building trust among marketing teams

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or marketing transformation roles
• Deep understanding of marketing processes, including campaign management and demand generation
• Proven track record of leading organizational transformation and change management initiatives
• Strong technical fluency with AI systems and experience in managing AI-driven projects
• Excellent strategic storytelling ability to communicate effectively with both senior leaders and frontline teams
