Director of AI Operations

Job Summary

Championing AI adoption and operational excellence, the full-time salaried Director of AI Operations will lead the technical organization's operational functions, collaborate with the CTO to develop an AI operations roadmap, and drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI strategy and operational excellence initiatives, identifying high-impact use cases for AI adoption and automation
• Develop and implement a comprehensive operational strategy aligned with company objectives, establishing KPIs for performance measurement
• Foster collaboration across departments, managing the operational budget and ensuring effective communication with executive leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of operations experience in a technology company or related initiatives
• Demonstrated experience with AI tools and initiatives in a professional context
• Proven track record managing complex, large-scale, cross-functional programs
• Strong knowledge of product and program management methodologies, frameworks, and tools
