Job Summary

Driving operational transformation at scale, the full-time salaried Director of AI Operations will lead the design and execution of AI initiatives across the organization, focusing on embedding AI into core workflows to enhance efficiency and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and operationalize the internal AI roadmap in partnership with executive leadership
• Lead enterprise-wide AI adoption efforts and build systems for sustained behavioral change
• Establish operational standards for responsible AI usage and monitor associated risks

Required qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in transformation, operations, or program leadership roles
• Proven track record in building and scaling AI operations or enterprise operational programs
• Strong change management experience, particularly in large, diverse organizations
• Experience defining operational standards and managing governance frameworks at scale
• Data-driven mindset with experience measuring operational impact and adoption outcomes
