Director of AI Operations

Job Summary

To drive AI innovation within operations, the full-time remote Director of AI Operations will design and deploy AI agents and tools, enhance AI fluency among the Operations leadership team, and serve as the internal AI authority across various functions including S&OP, Member Care, and Logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and tools to solve operational challenges across multiple functions
• Coordinate a network of AI subject matter experts and raise the AI skills of the Operations leadership team
• Document processes and produce an AI roadmap to provide visibility into ongoing and future initiatives

Required qualifications

• Experience building and deploying AI agents or applications in real environments
• Proficiency in coding with languages such as Python or JavaScript
• Experience releasing enterprise-ready applications at scale with knowledge of IT governance
• Ability to work collaboratively with IT and Data Engineering teams as a peer
• Demonstrated experience mentoring or coordinating distributed technical teams
