Director of AI Partnerships

Job Summary

Owning and leading the partner ecosystem strategy in the AI era, the remote Director of AI Partnerships will focus on building integrations with leading AI platforms and technology companies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to position TiDB as the data infrastructure backbone for agentic AI and GenAI applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage TiDB's AI ecosystem partnership strategy to enhance product innovation and market expansion
• Drive product and solution-level integrations with partner platforms and AI stacks, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams
• Execute co-marketing initiatives and represent TiDB at industry events to promote joint partner solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; technical background preferred
• 8+ years of experience in technology partnerships or business development within the AI, cloud, or data infrastructure sectors
• Strong understanding of the AI/ML ecosystem, including LLM platforms and cloud-native infrastructure
• Proven experience with product-level integrations and ecosystem strategy that drives measurable outcomes
• Ability to engage with technical and commercial stakeholders, including engineers and C-suite executives
