Director of AI Platforms

Job Summary

Leading the administration and operational excellence of enterprise AI platforms, the full-time Director of AI Platforms and Infrastructure will manage internal AI environments, establish governance standards, and support client deployments while working remotely from any location.

Key responsibilities

• Own administration and day-to-day management of enterprise AI platforms, including ChatGPT and Claude
• Develop and maintain governance standards for user provisioning, permissions, and security policies
• Partner with internal teams to establish scalable operating procedures for enterprise AI usage and support client implementations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, or AI platform operations
• Experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms and understanding identity and access management
• Working knowledge of ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, or similar AI platforms
• Understanding of enterprise AI governance, security, and compliance practices
• Experience supporting enterprise software implementations and client-facing enablement initiatives
