Director of AI Product Design

Job Summary

Leading a team of designers in a remote capacity, the full-time salaried Director of AI Product Design will shape intuitive experiences for AI-native security products, guiding the organization toward a design-first mindset and defining the future of human-computer interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire and guide the organization to embrace design thinking as a core discipline in building AI-native systems
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of product designers, establishing processes that multiply impact across the product organization
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and executive leadership to define the long-term vision for AI-native security platforms and ensure product usability and customer impact

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product design, including leadership roles within B2B SaaS product organizations
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing product design teams
• Experience designing AI-enabled or AI-native product experiences, including human-in-the-loop workflows
• Proven success building or scaling product design systems for complex software platforms
• Experience scaling design functions within high-growth SaaS environments
