Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, AI Outbound Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop a team of high-performing Product Managers while defining operational standards for the outbound PM organization
• Lead the Voice of Customer strategy and influence the long-term AI roadmap based on global insights and competitive analysis
• Develop AI adoption strategies and craft compelling narratives to connect AI capabilities to business outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in strategic customer engagement or product management within the SaaS industry
• 5+ years of leadership experience in product management teams
• 4+ years of experience with AI/ML technologies and their business applications
• Deep understanding of the AI/ML development lifecycle and technical credibility in the field
• Proven ability to influence executive-level collaborators and interpret complex performance metrics
