Director of AI Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Director, Technical AI Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and release AI solutions
• Drive process evaluation and identify automation opportunities using RPA, traditional AI, or generative AI
• Engage stakeholders at all levels, serving as a technical liaison to ensure alignment with product vision and enterprise objectives

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in leading scrum teams in software solutions, with 3-5 years in RPA, AI/ML, or generative AI products
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or related fields is highly preferred
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, data engineering, and software development methodologies
• Familiarity with AI ethics and responsible AI practices
• Experience in using AI to automate product work
